Since 2017, The Canine Cup has been a beloved celebration of kindness, community and our furry friends!
We're thrilled to announce a collaboration between Paws For Change and Safe Pets Safe Families to bring back this unique event in 2025 on Adelaide Cup Day!
Once again, we invite all South Australian dog lovers to unite for an unforgettable race day, where our canine companions will showcase their skills in a delightful game of recall - as they run, walk, trot, or shuffle across the finish line!
About Our Charities
Paws For Change is a registered Australian charity dedicated to improving the lives of animals and the community on both a local and global scale.
Proceeds from all donations, product sales and sponsorships go directly to our animal welfare and rescue projects.
Safe Pets Safe Families provides crisis and early-intervention programs, integrating human and animal services to address the interconnected needs of both.
By keeping pets and people together, they reduce animal neglect, surrender, non-medical euthanasia, contributing constructively to broader social systems by improving community safety and mental health, supporting hospital admissions and reducing burden on animal management bodies.
